Moments of fear and anxiety are normal in pregnancy and after birth.

 

After all, you are doing something you may never have done before - birthing and mothering a baby, often leaving behind your old life and identity as a woman or juggling your many roles. 

 

Sometimes those challenges trigger stronger and more persistent feelings of fear,  stress or trauma. 

 

The right support and tools, in a safe environment, can make a huge difference quickly, leaving you free to enjoy your pregnancy, birth and baby, feeling calm and confident. 

 

I combine meridian therapies/psychology techniques (like EFT or TAT)  with counselling or coaching, a very helpful synergy for a variety of issues related to pregnancy, birthing, bonding, feeding problems, baby blues, depression, fear or trauma, any time during the motherhood journey.
